• E-mails are usually answered at the end of the day
• If I'm away, I may be without e-mail access and/or not able to respond for longer periods of time (days). Please take this into account.
• For urgent e-mails, prepend the Subject of the message with the words URGENT or HITNO. Notifications about such e-mails will be delivered to my cell phone, usually within seconds. Please use this feature judiciously.
• For things requiring immediate attention, please use the phone. That is why we have it.
